Recipe: Vegan Chilli Squid - Vegan

- First, prep 1 large king oyster mushroom by cutting into 1/8th pieces, then pulling apart for added texture
- Make the wet batter by mixing 1/3 cup flour, salt, pepper and chilli flakes with 1/2 cup water
- For the crispy coating crush one packet of Abakus Foods sweet chili flavour seaweed crisps into a very fine crumb and add 1/4 cup panko breadcrumbs (for GF blitz some cornflakes instead)
- Dip each mushroom piece into the wet then dry mix and place onto a lined baking tray, once all are coated, bake at 160 for 8-10 minutes
