Try this delicious bowl with teriyaki tofu and crispy seaweed crisps, created by @veggielucy_
Cook your sushi rice following the packet instructions. Once done, let cool and add the rice vinegar- mix well.
Make sure your tofu is pressed and firm. Dice up into chunks and add into a bowl. Cover with enough teriyaki sauce to coat well and awoke extra to drizzle later. Let sit for 20 mins. Then bake in the airfryer or oven until golden crisp (around 20 mins).
Then assemble your bowl with your favourite sushi ingredients not forgetting to add crunch with Seaweed crisps!
