Recipe: Easy Rice Balls With Seaweed Crisps

Do you have leftover rice? Try this easy and delicious rice balls recipe by @home_table_for_two! It only uses 4 ingredients and makes a fun addition to the lunch box.
Ingredients
- Sushi rice
- Salt
- Sesame oil
- Abakus seaweed crisps
Method
- Cook sushi rice as per instruction and season with salt and drop of sesame oil.
- Crush chosen seaweed crisps (this recipe uses the sea salt and sweet chilli flavours) in a bowl and mix well with rice.
- Roll it into a balls in your hands. Decorate with sweet chilli seaweed crisps on top.
