Recipe: Deconstructed Veggie Sushi Rolls

Ingredients:
For the sauce:
- Mayonnaise
- Garlic pepper
- Rice vinegar
- Sriracha sauce
- Dark soy sauce
Method:
- Cook rice well
- In a small bowl, mix together all of the sauce ingredients
- To assemble, divide rice among a serving bowl and top with the veggies and Abakus Foods Seaweed Crisps
- Optional - add a few slices of pickled sushi ginger and a sprinkle of black sesame seeds, drizzle sauce on top
