Jujube teas are a popular choice in the Far East. Koreans like to enjoy them with some pine nuts sprinkled on top while the Chinese like to add them to their goji and chrysanthemum tea.
To make the tea, simply pour hot water on the fruit and wait about 5 minutes. You will get a light brown coloured tea, which tastes aromatic, sweet, and comforting.
The traditional way is the use the whole jujube fruit. However, we found that the jujube crisps look more fun, while the jujube granules give a lot more flavour very fast - great for those with little patience.
