1. Sign Up to the Veganuary Newsletter
Check out the official Veganuary website, for lots of support and advice. By signing up to the Veganuary pledge on www.veganuary.com you will receive daily emails throughout January with tips, info and recipes. And it's all free!
2. Use Social Media
Ask questions, find out about new product launches and meet others through groups and accounts across social media. Some of our favourites include @accidentallyvegan on Instagram, Vegan Food UK on Twitter and UK Vegan Facebook group.
3. Read Labels
Although a lot of vegan products are now labelled as such, there are still a huge amount of 'accidentally vegan' products that aren't labelled as vegan. You can find these products by reading the ingredients on the back of the packet. Eggs and dairy ingredients are listed as allergens in bold and you can find a full list of ingredients to look out for here.
4. Plan Your Meals
To start off your month of tasty vegan food, make a weekly meal plan to make sure you have the right ingredients ready. There are a huge amount of vegan recipes available online and social media, check out the amazing Bosh boys who have free recipes on their YouTube and Instagram.
5. Treat Yourself!
