Recipe: 3 Summer Smoothie Bowls

Celebrate the sunshine with 3 of our favourite summer smoothie bowls! Naturally sweetened with our sweet Red Dates. Simply blend the ingredients together, pour into a bowl, and sprinkle with toppings!

RECIPE: 3 Summer Smoothie Bowls

  • 3 BIG cupfuls of mixed frozen berries
  • Splash of coconut drinking milk
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • Toppings: Chocolate Coated Red Dates, coconut pieces, fruit
Green Goddess
  • 2 Sliced bananas - frozen
  • 1 Avocado - cut into chunks
  • 1 Small mango - cut into chunks
  • 100g Spinach (fresh or frozen)
  • 250ml Plant-based milk (unsweetened almond or coconut)
  • 1 tbsp Almond or peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp Agave or maple syrup (optional)
  • Toppings: Red Date Crisps, seed mix, fruit
Tropical Bowl 
  • 1 Small mango - cut into chunks
  • 200g Pineapple - cut into chunks
  • 2 Bananas - sliced
  • 2 tbsp Coconut yoghurt
  • 150ml Coconut drinking milk
  • Toppings: Soft & Chewy Red Dates, coconut flakes, mint, fruit
