Recipe: 3 Summer Smoothie Bowls

Celebrate the sunshine with 3 of our favourite summer smoothie bowls! Naturally sweetened with our sweet Red Dates. Simply blend the ingredients together, pour into a bowl, and sprinkle with toppings!
RECIPE: 3 Summer Smoothie Bowls

- 3 BIG cupfuls of mixed frozen berries
- Splash of coconut drinking milk
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- Toppings: Chocolate Coated Red Dates, coconut pieces, fruit
Green Goddess
- 2 Sliced bananas - frozen
- 1 Avocado - cut into chunks
- 1 Small mango - cut into chunks
- 100g Spinach (fresh or frozen)
- 250ml Plant-based milk (unsweetened almond or coconut)
- 1 tbsp Almond or peanut butter
- 1 tbsp Agave or maple syrup (optional)
- Toppings: Red Date Crisps, seed mix, fruit
Tropical Bowl
- 1 Small mango - cut into chunks
- 200g Pineapple - cut into chunks
- 2 Bananas - sliced
- 2 tbsp Coconut yoghurt
- 150ml Coconut drinking milk
- Toppings: Soft & Chewy Red Dates, coconut flakes, mint, fruit
