The days are slowly getting longer but it is still freezing outside! This comforting red cabbage dish will make you feel snuggled and warm from the inside!
Ingredients:
Half of the red cabbage, chopped
1 Diced onion
2 servings of rice
2 eggs, or use tofu for the vegan option
6 berries of jujube fruit, cut into 4 pieces
Sea salt
Soya sauce
Sesame oil
Method
Fry the diced onions in a pan and some oil, then throw in the red cabbage. Put on medium heat and close the lid. Boil the rice. About 10 minutes later, add the cooked rice into the pan. Also add teared jujubes, salt, soya sauce, and 2 eggs. Stir for another 10 minutes.
